Walking around we reached the end of the city walls. Maybe they stretched down under the lake centuries ago...

This is part of the surrounding wall. I don't think it was used for defensive purposes because it doesn't look thick enough to protect them in moments of war. It looks good though for thieves and unwanted faces.
