Mini Apple Pie – Facebook Version
This was actually posted on Facebook a couple of days ago. My wife gave it a shot and they came out pretty good AND tasty. Unfortunately we didn’t have ground sugar but you get the idea.

Apple Pie – Albanian Version
Apple Pie
Every country has its variation of apple pie, I recently discovered my country’s version. It is made with puff pastry, similar to Turkish baklava but not that sugary and without nuts. It is served in ambient temperature. Fruits depending on season :) This one has grapes, peach and… green apple.
